Contract and incorporation of terms and conditions
Your contract for the purchase of ticket(s) is formed as soon as Bam Bam Events/Central Park have processed your payment and will expire immediately after the end of the event for which you purchased ticket(s). Purchases are subject to payment card verification and other security checks. Your transaction may be cancelled if it has not passed our verification processes.
Your purchase of ticket(s) is subject to these Terms and Conditions, which incorporate and should be read in conjunction with the venue and event partner(s)’ terms, conditions and regulations, copies of which are available on the event partners or venue website. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms in relation to venue event partner, or Bam Bam Events/Central Park requirements, those of the Bam Bam Events/Central Park shall prevail.
The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, and all o Bam Bam Events/Central Park f their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
TICKETS
All tickets are sold subject to availability and to these Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions should be read carefully prior to purchase and any queries relating to them should be raised with prior to Bam Bam Events/Central Park purchase, as purchase of ticket(s) constitutes agreement of these Terms and Conditions. A valid ticket must be produced to get into an event. Please notify Bam Bam Events/Central Park of any access requirements at the time of booking. Removing any part of, altering or defacing the ticket may invalidate your ticket.
An order for tickets is not complete until it is accepted by us. We try to ensure all information and prices are correct but errors may occur. In the case of an error with your order we will contact you as soon as possible.
You will receive your tickets via email to the email address you specified during the checkout process. If you don’t receive your tickets via email please contact us.
It is your responsibility to check your ticket(s) as mistakes cannot always be rectified after purchase. Please check your ticket(s) on receipt carefully and contact us immediately if there is a mistake.
We will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed. The management only accept responsibility for tickets bought from one of its own managed sales points.
Possession of a ticket does not confer any rights (by implication or otherwise) on you to use, alter, copy or otherwise deal with any of the symbols, trade marks, logos and/or intellectual property appearing on the ticket.
Any ticket cannot be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, unless formal written permission is given by Bam Bam Events/Central Park , provided that even if such consent is obtained, use of Our trade marks and other intellectual property is not compromised.
Tickets are sold subject to Bam Bam Events/Central Park right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, or one of the authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
The price of the ticket shall be the price set at the time Bam Bam Events/Central Park accepts your order. All advertised prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes, but exclusive of any per transaction, booking, collection, or delivery fee where applicable.

CANCELLED/RE-SCHEDULED EVENTS
Occasionally, live events are cancelled or postponed for a variety of reasons. If the match/event is cancelled, we will endeavour to reschedule our event in line with the rescheduled match/event. Your ticket will remain valid and will be automatically transferred over. Where we are unable to reschedule the event, we will go ahead on the original date with as much of the event concept as possible.
Tickets will not be refunded for any reason other than your event being cancelled and a rescheduled show has not been offered. The rescheduled date will be decided by ourselves. When purchasing a ticket, all sales are final.
Occasionally, live performers have to cancel or postpone their performance for a variety of reasons. These events are outside of our control. If one of our performers cancels their appearance then Bam Bam events/Central Park will provide an alternative performer for the show. Your ticket will remain valid, and no refunds will be permitted.
Occasionally for reasons outside of our control, venues may be forced to close or reduce their capacity. These events are outside of our control. In the event of this occurring, Bam Bam events/Central Park reserves the right to alter the structure of the event or move the event to another suitable venue within the surrounding area. Your ticket will remain valid, and no refunds will be permitted.
It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled or re-scheduled and the date and time of any re-scheduled event. Where an event is cancelled or re-scheduled. We will use our reasonable endeavours to notify you using the details you provided Us with at the time of ordering. We do not guarantee that you will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, ‘Force Majeure’ means any cause beyond Our control including, without limitation, act of God, war, insurrection, riot, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, theft of essential equipment, malicious damage, strike, lock out, weather, third party injunction, national defence requirements, acts or regulations of national or local governments, Pandemic, restrictions of fan attendance at live events or public screenings.. We will not be liable to you for failure to perform any obligation under these Terms and Conditions to the extent that the failure is caused by Force Majeure.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. Except where Bam Bam Events/Central Park offer an applicable ticket exchange or resale facility.
Where an outdoor event is cancelled or curtailed because of adverse weather, We shall not be liable to make any refund or pay any compensation.
If the ticket holder or any part of their group are unable to attend for illness, Covid related absences, change of circumstance, or any other reason, Bam Bam Events/Central Park will not be liable to refund the ticket purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure you have appropriate insurance for your ticket purchase. There are a number of ticket cancellation policies available on the internet, and these should be obtained from the point your purchase your ticket.
LIABILITY
Personal arrangements including travel, accommodation or hospitality relating to the event which have been arranged by you are at your own risk. Unless otherwise stated in this clause, Bam Bam Events/Central Park liability to you in connection with the event (including, but not limited to, in the event of cancellation, rescheduling or material change to the programme of the event) shall be limited to the ticket price paid by you including the per ticket booking fee but excluding the per transaction collection or delivery fee.
Neither Bam Bam Events/Central Park, the venue nor the event partner(s) accept responsibility for any personal property.
Neither Bam Bam Events/Central Park nor the venue nor the event partner(s) will be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to any person (including You) or property howsoever caused.
AFTER SALES CARE & COMPLAINTS
Should You have any queries or complaints relating to your ticket purchase please contact Our Customer Care team at [email protected] within 14 days of your event taking place
All resolutions are only dealt with on a case-by-case basis. All resolutions are based on initial feedback only. Any claim found to be false will be forfeit a resolution. Any resolution relating to an event will remain both private and confidential between Bam Bam Events/Central Park and the customer and if found not to be adhered to, this will in turn forfeit a resolution. Any complaints in respect of an event or any injury or other claim should be reported on the day to a 4thefans representative who is working on the event. Any such complaints, injuries or other claims must also be notified in writing within 14 days of the event to Customer Services
CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION AND ATTENDANCE
Bam Bam Events/Central Park reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the customers. As our venues are licensed premises, even if you have a ticket, there may be circumstances where we feel or understand you should not be allowed into our event such as you being drunk or under the influence of drugs, and you will not be permitted to enter the event. No refund will be given.
Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
Illegal and antisocial behavior will not be tolerated and will lead to ejection from the event without refund.
The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 or 21 years of age depending on specific event. If the event can be attended by families or under 18’s this will be clearly stated. Identification may be required or a Challenge 25 policy will be operating.
The management of the venue reserves the right to refuse ticket holder’s admission to the venue in reasonable circumstances including for health and safety, licensing reasons or where a ticket is void.
The management of the venue also reserves the right to request that ticket holders leave the venue at any point on reasonable grounds and may take any appropriate action to enforce this right.
You must comply with instructions and directions given by venue and 4thefans staff and stewards.
No refunds will be given to ticket holders who are refused entry or ejected due to their own behavior.
RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITIONS
The use of equipment for recording or transmitting (by digital or other means) any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data inside any Venue is strictly forbidden. Unauthorised recording equipment, recordings, tapes, films or similar items may be confiscated and destroyed or deleted. Any recording made of an event in breach of these conditions shall belong to the event partner(s). The event partner(s) and venue will not be liable for any loss, theft or damage to confiscated items.
By attending an event, ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording of themselves as members of the audience. The event partner(s) may use such films and recordings (including any copies) without payment.
The following are not permitted within any venue:
-animals (with the exception of assistance dogs);
-fireworks, flares, smoke bombs, or any other type of pyrotechnic
-Your own food and drink
-Club colours of any other type of clothing which may be seen as provocative of otherwise offensive
-illegal substances.
The management of the venue reserves the right to conduct security searches from time to time and confiscate any item which, in the reasonable opinion of the management of the Venue, may cause danger or disruption to other members of the audience or the event or is one of the items not permitted in the venue as listed above.
Ticket holders may only leave and re-enter the venue during an event at our discretion. Otherwise, there will be no re-admission or pass-outs of any kind.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Ticket holders must comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements and Venue regulations whilst attending the event. If ticket holders have any special requirements or concerns about any special effects which may be featured at the event, prior notice should be provided when ordering tickets. Special effects may include, without limitation, sound, audio visual, pyrotechnic effects or lighting effects.
WAIVER
If we delay or fail to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions It shall not mean that We have waived our right to do so.
SEVERABILITY
If it is found by a Court that any of these Terms and Conditions for any reason cannot be enforced, this shall not prevent the other provisions from continuing to apply.
